We are established in Suriname; we have written this policy in the style of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) because visitors from the EU also use this website, without claiming that GDPR itself applies to us. What we collect and why
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, in one of the following ways:
Contact form
When you use the contact form (Contact), we collect your name, email address, and message, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, company name, and the service you are interested in. We use this to answer your enquiry. Submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form service that processes this data on our behalf and forwards it to our inbox — see "Who we share it with" below. The form also carries a hidden field used only to catch automated spam; it collects nothing from a genuine visitor and nothing is stored in it.
"Describe your question" panel
The panel on the home page that asks you to describe your question does not send anything to us or to any server by itself. It only carries the service and question you type into the contact form above, by placing them in the page address when it opens the contact page — the same as if you had typed them into the contact form yourself.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you occasional updates, through the same Web3Forms service used for the contact form. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at info@greenmustconsultancybureau.com.
This website links to WhatsApp in several places, including a chat popup that helps you start a message. WhatsApp only opens, and any message is only sent, once you actively click through to it — nothing is transmitted to WhatsApp, or to us, while you are typing in the popup on our website. Once you continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
Hosting and server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider ([TO CONFIRM: name of the hosting provider]) automatically records standard server log data for every visit — such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp — for security and technical operation. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
Analytics
We do not currently run any analytics on this website. If that changes, this section and the Cookie Policy will be updated first, and analytics will only run once you have given consent through the cookie banner or the cookie settings panel.
Legal basis for processing
We process the data described above either because you have given consent (for example, by ticking the consent box on the contact form or newsletter sign-up, or by allowing analytics cookies), or because it is necessary to respond to a request you have made to us. How long we keep it
